Terms & Conditions – gsc33 Online Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the gsc33 platform available at gsc33.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all other policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the gsc33 Platform and must not register an account. gsc33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between gsc33 and the User in relation to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Access to and use of gsc33 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

(a) Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. gsc33 is a 21+ platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to under-age gambling. Age verification documentation may be requested at any point during your membership.

(b) Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gsc33 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

(c) Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated are prohibited from using gsc33.

(d) Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have self-excluded from the gsc33 Platform or from any other online gaming platform pursuant to any self-exclusion programme, whether voluntary or mandated.

gsc33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be established to gsc33's reasonable satisfaction.

To access real-money gaming features on gsc33, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gsc33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, gsc33 requires the completion of our KYC verification process. You will be required to submit one or more of the following: (i) a valid government-issued photo identification document; (ii) proof of address dated within the past three months; and (iii) where payment via a specific instrument is requested, documentation confirming your ownership of that instrument. gsc33 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account.

All information provided during registration and KYC is subject to the gsc33 Privacy Policy.

All deposits and withdrawals on gsc33 are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gsc33 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Available channels may be updated from time to time without notice.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your gsc33 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. gsc33 does not charge deposit fees, however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. gsc33 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment instruments that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. gsc33 does not process withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process described in Section 3.

gsc33 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that are subject to ongoing investigation, bonus wagering requirements, or compliance review. Where funds are determined to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, gsc33 reserves the right to void and forfeit such funds.

gsc33 offers promotional bonuses and rewards to registered members from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits — are set out in the individual promotion terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all gsc33 promotions unless otherwise specified include: (i) bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address; (ii) bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering multiplier before any associated winnings may be withdrawn; (iii) gsc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion with or without notice; (iv) any attempt to abuse bonuses, including through the use of multiple accounts or collusive play, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account termination.

Cash balances and bonus balances are tracked separately within your gsc33 wallet. Unless otherwise stated, cash deposits are used prior to bonus funds in the settlement of bets.

All games offered on gsc33 are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game in question.

gsc33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino and slot games. Live casino results are determined through physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studios. gsc33 makes no warranty that any particular outcome will be achieved in any game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interrupted connection during game play, gsc33 reserves the right to void any bet affected by such disruption. gsc33's decision regarding the resolution of technical errors is final. gsc33 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues attributable to your device or internet service provider.

Bets once confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. Palpable errors in displayed odds or pay tables — whether caused by human error, technical error, or otherwise — do not create any obligation on the part of gsc33 to honour bets placed at such erroneous odds or values.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gsc33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

(a) Registering under a false identity or providing materially false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

(b) Creating or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy;

(c) Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;

(d) Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;

(e) Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage;

(f) Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose;

(g) Accessing or attempting to access accounts belonging to other users;

(h) Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user or gsc33 employee through any communication channel.

All content on the gsc33 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and multimedia content — is the property of gsc33 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of gsc33.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, reverse-engineer any component, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gsc33 and its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

gsc33's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your gsc33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

gsc33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. gsc33 strongly encourages all users to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the account settings panel prior to commencing play.

gsc33 offers self-exclusion facilities whereby users may voluntarily restrict their own access to the Platform for defined or indefinite periods. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to the gsc33 support team and take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts.

gsc33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where gsc33 reasonably believes that: (i) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (ii) your account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (iii) your account is required to be suspended pursuant to a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (iv) continuation of your account presents a risk to gsc33 or other users.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Cash balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to gsc33 (including winnings obtained in breach of these Terms) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance review.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting gsc33 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to settlement of all outstanding wagers and completion of pending withdrawal processing.

gsc33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at gsc33.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

gsc33 employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect user data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and gsc33 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsc33 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body designated by gsc33's licensing authority.

The foregoing shall not limit gsc33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

gsc33 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of gsc33 following the posting of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights, gsc33 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details associated with their account, but such notification is provided as a courtesy only and does not delay the effective date of the amendment.
